Northwood Properties is looking for industrial buildings to add to our select portfolio of development and redevelopment projects. The ideal properties meet the following criteria:

1. Value-added, multi-tenant, or single-user industrial warehouses.
2. Price range of $2-20 million.
3. 30,000 square feet minimum in size.
4. Delivered vacant or with short-term leases.
5. Preferably center-of-lot position, or accessible from two or more sides.
